Xavier proudly boasts one of the most experienced coaching staffs in the state. Comprised of both volunteer and paid coaches, the Xavier coaching staff totals sixteen coaches in all--five of which are currently Xavier High School teachers. Among Xavier's staff are two ivy-league graduates, four former college players (including one who played at the professional level and one who won a national championship), and four Xavier alumni. Collectively, the Xavier staff boasts well over 100 years of coaching experience.
